About Noclia

One platform, three brands

Noclia is the international software brand of KINGTONE's KT-S platform. It is developed and operated by Quanzhou Kingtone Optic & Electronic Tech Co., Ltd. (金通光电), a private-network equipment vendor founded in October 2006 in Quanzhou, Fujian — inside the National Torch Program Microwave Communication Industry Base.

Proven hardware, modern software

The hardware and integration layer — repeaters, base stations, coverage systems and terminals — is delivered under the KINGTONE (overseas, Madrid System trademark) and JIMTOM / 金通光电 (domestic China) brands, certified to CRCC, CE, FCC and ANATEL. The software layer that runs the network is Noclia: S200 network management, S300 dispatch and S400 managed subscription.

Quality system

The company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001, and was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Fujian Provincial Department of Science and Technology. Products are used in public safety, fire control, railways, power, mining and other mission-critical fields.
